LlamaPress Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

Plain-English Summary

This summary is provided for convenience only and is not a substitute for the full policy below.

We collect the information you give us (your account details, the files and prompts you upload, your messages to Leonardo) and information generated by your use of the Services (usage analytics, logs, device and browser information).

To power Leonardo, your prompts, files, and code are sent to third-party AI model providers and processed on cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.

We use analytics tools (including session replay) to understand how the product is used, and our emails may include an open-tracking pixel.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@llamapress.ai.

This Privacy Policy describes how LlamaPress AI, Inc. ("LlamaPress," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Leonardo, LlamaPress, our websites, hosted environments, AI coding agents, APIs, support services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope: Our Services vs. Customer Applications

This Privacy Policy covers information we collect when you use the Services operated by LlamaPress — including our websites, the Leonardo agent, and hosted environments we provision for you.

It does not cover applications that our customers build, deploy, or operate using the Services ("Customer Applications"). If you are an end user of a Customer Application — for example, an app a business built with Leonardo — the business that operates that application controls your data, and its own privacy practices apply. For data inside Customer Applications, LlamaPress acts as a service provider and hosting infrastructure provider on behalf of our customer, and we process that data under our customer's instructions and our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), phone number if you provide one, and organization details.

Customer Data you provide. The Services are built around content you submit: spreadsheets, files, documents, images, prompts, chat messages with Leonardo, code, database records, configuration, and other business information you upload, enter, connect, or import. This content may include personal information if you choose to include it.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive limited billing information (such as your name, email, plan, and payment status) but do not receive or store your full card number.

Usage and device information. We automatically collect information about how you use the Services, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, messages sent to Leonardo, IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps. We use analytics tools that may record and replay user sessions on our websites and product interfaces to help us understand usage and fix problems.

Logs and diagnostics. Our infrastructure generates server logs, application logs, error reports, and diagnostic information, which may include IP addresses and identifiers associated with your account and hosted environments.

Communications. When you contact support, respond to our emails, or communicate with us, we collect the contents of those communications. Emails we send may include an open-tracking pixel that tells us whether and when a message was opened.

Information from third parties. If you connect a third-party service to the Services (for example, GitHub for source-code access), we receive information from that service as authorized by you.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services, including provisioning and managing hosted environments;
  • power Leonardo and other AI features, including generating code, applications, and other Output from your prompts and Customer Data;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and administer plans;
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • send transactional communications (such as account, billing, security, and service notifications);
  • send product updates, onboarding guidance, and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • monitor, analyze, and improve the Services, including through usage analytics and session replay;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI Model Providers

Leonardo is powered by third-party AI model providers. When you use AI features, your prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, code, and related context may be transmitted to these providers to generate responses and Output.

LlamaPress will not intentionally use your Customer Data to train public foundation models unless we expressly disclose that use or obtain your consent. Third-party AI providers process data according to their own applicable terms and agreements; we use commercially available provider terms intended for business use.

Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive data (such as protected health information, payment card data, or government-restricted information) to the Services unless we have expressly approved that use in writing, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services, including cloud and hosting infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services and Hetzner), AI model providers, payment processing (Stripe), product analytics and session replay providers, email delivery and communications providers, SMS providers, and source-code hosting providers (such as GitHub). These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities and other parties when required by law, including to comply with legal process, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of LlamaPress, our users, or the public.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information until updated.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage. Our analytics tools may use cookies and local storage to measure product usage and record sessions.

Emails we send may contain a small tracking pixel that tells us whether a message was opened. Most email clients allow you to block remote images, which disables this.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may break sign-in and other core functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After termination, cancellation, non-payment, or extended inactivity, we may delete Customer Data, Customer Applications, hosted environments, backups, and logs after a reasonable period, as described in our Terms of Service, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.

We may retain limited information after account closure where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud and abuse prevention, billing records, and enforcing our agreements. Backups and logs may persist for a limited time after deletion from live systems.

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important Customer Data and exported code.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolation between hosted environments. However, no system can be guaranteed to be secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure will never occur.

You are responsible for securing your account credentials, API keys, repositories, deployment environments, and any data you export from the Services. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at support@llamapress.ai.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws) to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@llamapress.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us; we will still send transactional messages about your account and the Services.

If you are an end user of a Customer Application, please direct privacy requests to the business that operates that application. We will assist our customer in responding as required by our agreements and applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

LlamaPress is based in the United States, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries (including the European Union, where some of our hosting infrastructure is located). By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated policy, updating the "Last Updated" date above, emailing you, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
